History
Earnest Ray Phillips
Worked as a Lead Carpenter on the Peace River Bridge as part of the Alaskan Highway Construction in 1942. After returning to Warwick, NY, Ray opened RAYBORN Construction, a Union Carpentry Company, in 1950. Ray passed in 1957 which resulted in the closure of RAYBORN.
Harry Bradner Phillips
Son of Earnest Ray Phillips, began his career as a Union Carpenter in Rockland County. He performed many roles in the construction industry from foreman to General Superintendent. Harry retired from his career as a Senior Estimator and was responsible for the focus on Aviation programs. One of his favorite sayings was that an estimator was still able to build projects but did not have to work in the rain or cold.
Mark Spencer Phillips
Son of Harry Phillips, Focused his Construction Career in the Aviation Sector since 2005. Mark opened RAYBORN Construction in 2022 and has modeled the company to be a technical Project Management firm with roots in field solutions

Mr. Phillips has worked continuously in the aviation sector for the past 20 years focusing on all aspects of Aviation Construction. Projects include major Retail developments, Premium Service Programs, Hangar/Tech Operations, Airside/landside Developments, and Terminal Construction. He has successfully completed projects at JFK, LGA, EWR, BOS, and ISP. Over the last decade he has had the opportunity and privilege to lead construction programs for the Redevelopment of LGA, EWR, and JFK.
