Relocation of Alaska Airlines
Rayborn completed renovations throughout Terminal 8 enabling Alaska Airlines to relocate from Terminal 7 to Terminal 8 at JFK. Completed renovations and terminal improvements to allow Alaska Airlines/Hawaiian Airlines to move to Terminal 8. Renovations of the following spaces: ATO, BSO, Stores, GSE, Training Rooms.
American Airlines Redevelopment Program
Mr. Phillips led the American Airlines Redevelopment Program at JFK 2019–2022. This represented the first Redevelopment Project to be completed of the $19 Billion JFK Redevelopment Program. The program consisted of the renovation of 70,400 SF, including 33,000 SF of new public space and refurbishment of 57,500 SF. Exterior improvements included 4 new wide-body parking positions and 5 new wide-body gates.
Hangar Truss Modification and Door Installation
Mr. Phillips led Hangar Truss Modification and Door Installation. Renovation of a hangar at LGA to install new, larger hangar doors. This project required truss system modifications to account for increased aircraft tail heights.
